My vacuum does not work simply due to the app. It often loses connection so I have to add “new device” every other week. Now, with the new update, it does not think the device is on even after a successful set up. I tried everything and wasted way too much time. Never using an app for a device like this again.

It doesn’t work
The app it doesn’t work at all. Why is on the App Store? I check the website and it doesn’t exist neither.
Won’t allow me to register
Accepted terms & policy but app keeps telling me I need to accept to register
QR code scan does not work app has been downhill for last year
Do not buy was amazing and last year has gone downhill, no longer can track over time, QR code doesn’t scan and these are expensive and only last two years
Updates have ruined what was once great
This used to be amazing app not only to control your devices and check when they need filter replacements, but also to check and track air quality. Unfortunately after many updates the app no longer accurately tracks air quality and it’s no longe user friendly
