Need to downgrade
The new version broke a lot of my functionality. I can’t save passages nor no go zones anymore. Need to roll this back
Getting worse and worse
Was great the first few months but now it goes out of work area and when its inside of boundary it misses huge spaces of my lawn and im being literal 20ftx4ft sections. Im leaving a review here and on amazon
Can’t login
Created an account. After every time I try to login it immediately says my session has ended and to login again. I have tried updating my password, redownloading the app. Still doesn’t work. I notified tech support. Hopefully they fix it soon but makes me nervous about my new mower purchase.
They restricted map size???!!!
I bought this last August 2024 and the reason I bought this model was because they did not restrict the map size based on model number this new update to this app as of yesterday causes a big problem for me because my yard is larger than their map size now now there’s more is worthless to me and a bad part as I sold my riding lawnmower just about a month ago because I didn’t need it anymore and I trusted in fact in this company that they would not pull something like the other companies do this is outrageous. This hurts more than a punch in the gut. Just terrible get rid of the restricted sizes.!!!
