It works fine
I get all my notifications and if I ever said I didn’t it’s because I ignored them. It’s easy to communicate with staff.
Doesn’t work
Used to get notifications but now I don’t. Why have this app if it doesn’t work properly. The previous app worked fine so why did it change to this one, doesn’t make sense.

Never get notifications and constantly have to delete and download app again because it states there is an error and won’t open.
