Horrible
Since their update, can’t login, staff at the front desk helpless and don’t care …
App is broken
Just updated the app and it keeps logging me out and can’t log back in unless I reset my password - every single time.
Login Issue
The app will not allow me to login due to “fault authentication” - however, login is working online/website. I attempted to got light into the gym, leaving my keys behind. However - because the app would not accept my login, I could not bring up the barcode.
Keeps getting worse
With every update the app continues to get worse and worse. What was once terrible but functional is now both terrible AND non functional. When I login as myself it signs me in as one of my children and when looking at the family membership our family isn’t even listed correctly.
