Subscription glitch
I would like to escalate this issue. I have already paid ₹199 initially and an additional ₹29 as requested. Despite both payments being successfully completed, I am still unable to watch the series, and the platform is asking for another payment.
This is unacceptable, as I have paid the required charges but have not received access to the content. Please investigate this issue urgently, verify my payments, and either grant access to the series immediately or provide a refund. I request prompt resolution of this matter.
