Froud App scammer
I downloaded the **Viralo TV app** and completed the initial setup. First, ₹2 was deducted.
Then on **13 January**, ₹199 was auto-debited, even though the app clearly showed my subscription as valid **until 2036**, which was highly misleading.
Shockingly, on **18 January**, **another ₹199** was deducted again through **UPI AutoPay**, without my confirmation. That’s **₹199 deducted twice within one week**.
When I contacted customer support, they asked me to cancel AutoPay and then refused a refund, claiming:
• The subscription was “active”
• Deductions are **weekly**
⚠️ **Important:** Nowhere in the app is it mentioned that ₹199 will be deducted **weekly**.
After cancellation, the app suddenly changed my subscription end date to **26 January 2026**, contradicting the earlier **2036** date. These constantly changing details are confusing, deceptive, and misleading.
### This app has:
❌ Deducted money without proper authorization
❌ Misrepresented subscription duration
❌ Hidden critical billing information
❌ Refused refunds despite misleading practices
This is a clear case of **unfair trade practice and financial fraud**. Such apps should be **investigated, removed from app stores, and blocked** before more users are affected.
I demand **strict action against Viralo TV** and a **full refund** of the unauthorized deductions.

Forced subscription with no in-app cancel option in trail period
Users are forced to manually hunt through UPI apps to stop auto-pay, which is not clearly disclosed during signup. This feels misleading and borderline illegitimate.
I clearly do not need or want this subscription, yet the company refuses to cancel or refund. Not sure how Google Play / App Store allows apps that block cancellation inside the app.
