Poor customer service
Purchased the piston package, somehow they linked this with another package and deleted my account… of course this was when I wished to file. Disappointed as the operations support are amazing and helpful. When a refund was requested, iTunes said NO.

Après beaucoup de temps à essayer de lancer cette application, j’abandonne. Quand on réclame un tel prix, on essaye d’être performant !

It’s a scam. I paid 269 for the Piston Latin American private membership.
The application did not activated the package.
I asked them by email, what happened, and their answer was:

In a prior email they asked me to send proof of purchase, even dough I pay with the AppStore.

Someone should be fired for a user interface like that!
I bought this app a year ago out of desperation. I was trying to file an ifr flight plan and the usual suspects were not working. As soon as something appears that does flight plans better, I’m off!
The user interface was designed by a child with issues! It’s awful. I think the brief was “Let’s see how unintuitive we can make this.”
Why reinvent the wheel? Look at Apple people... that’s the way it should look and behave. Not this block rubbish. Oh and cannot rubber band the route!
Come on Tim Dawson at SkyDemon, ifr flight planning is the last thing missing from your app. Put that in and the world is your oyster.

Awful
Simply doesn’t work. Type in departure airport text just disappears. The app looks absolutely disgusting on the ipad as well.
