Poor customer service
Purchased the piston package, somehow they linked this with another package and deleted my account… of course this was when I wished to file. Disappointed as the operations support are amazing and helpful. When a refund was requested, iTunes said NO.

It’s a scam. I paid 269 for the Piston Latin American private membership.

I asked them by email, what happened, and their answer was:

Someone should be fired for a user interface like that!
I bought this app a year ago out of desperation. I was trying to file an ifr flight plan and the usual suspects were not working. As soon as something appears that does flight plans better, I’m off!
The user interface was designed by a child with issues! It’s awful. I think the brief was “Let’s see how unintuitive we can make this.”
Why reinvent the wheel? Look at Apple people... that’s the way it should look and behave. Not this block rubbish. Oh and cannot rubber band the route!
Come on Tim Dawson at SkyDemon, ifr flight planning is the last thing missing from your app. Put that in and the world is your oyster.

Awful
Simply doesn’t work. Type in departure airport text just disappears. The app looks absolutely disgusting on the ipad as well.
Useless
The new version is NOT possible to use on iPhone 5. On the active flight page it is only possible to see mid part so you must guess which flight you should use.
For Simulator best

Very fast and time saving app. Has a big amount of useful features: Tracking of flight, Autorouter, FlightLogs etc.

Seemed promising, then crashed
After initial download I tried the auto route function, comparing against routes I am very familiar with... everything looked fine. I closed and came back later to the app and now I get nothing but black screen.

When you update to this version, it is no more possible to download most european plates! Let them fix the problem first!

Rev 4.1: Still crashes a lot, still the poorly integrated app. One is better off with the original rocketroute 1 app for iphone, and the old plate app. Everything else is just IT guys play without useful benefit for pilots.
