Good but needs to update
This app is very very good and is actually what sets Rocketship apart from other shipping companies. Only thing is that they need to update it more to fix glitches (it keeps randomly quitting when I try to upload an invoice and I’m not getting notifications anymore for some random reason) to maximize it’s potential. There’s soo much more That can and should be done with it

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I always have problems with this freight company. My packages would be delivered for 10-14 days and they don’t ship it until I email them about it! This incident took the cake however, after receiving a very time sensitive package in Jamaica they took me in circles for 5 days before finally telling me that they lost my package and I’ll have to wait to get a refund. Never using them again.

UPDATE
App needs to be updated with ALL the options provided on the website. Also I’ve realised I can delete some pre-alerts but not all. That’s annoying
