Incorrect Identifications
Identifications given are nothing close to what the stone looks like, the camera mode on the app blurs my rocks, and it asks for three sides of a stone- how likely is there to be a rock with three sides?

Will Charge You During Free Trial Period & Doesn’t Actually Identify Stone
First, this app is supposed to offer a 3 day free trial before purchase. I clicked the toggle button to enable the free trial, but they charged me anyway by the end of the first day of the free trial period. I requested a refund and was denied. In the app, it only gave the $17.99 a week price, but if you go to your subscriptions in your Apple profile, it gives you many more options.
As far as the app functionality, it’s a waste of time. It can only claim 99% accuracy because it’ll give you a list of what the stone could be. It doesn’t actually identify anything specific.

Very good identifying basic minerals, but there are so many that I have that I cannot identify
I have a lot of minerals that are comprised of many different crystals and it confuses the program and some stuff. It has no idea what it is and I’m pretty sure I know what they are but it gives like basic information as a this is it this is it this

Every time I try to identify a stone it gives me a list of possibilities then asks me to choose one. I can do that without the app. One of the chooses on my diamond was “amber” Really. I’d like a refund please.
