Fix the currency update when you receive btc

This app is very great but recent updates are not working well when you receive a btc you have to close app and reopen before you will see you current balance it wasn’t like this previously kindly fix this

Missing Bitcoin/ Bitcoin Balance not showing

Please what’s going on. I purchased Bitcoin from your Bitcoin ATM machine for over 6 hours . It’s showed new transaction was received , but the funds is not showing on my Bitcoin wallet . I have Synce my Bitcoin wallet over and over again yet , my Bitcoin balance is not showing the transaction amount . This is very very . I want an immediate response now or I’ll have your app reported to the appropriate channels … This is very very bad and it’s beginning to look like a fraudulent activity

Scam

I sent money to my wallet to get money to my husband so he could come home RockItCoin decided they didn’t want to send it so now I’m trying to get my money back! They take your money right then but they take their own sweet time giving it back

Don’t use, not secure

Security is lacking, there’s no 2 factor auth to send crypto. I had nearly $3000 worth of bitcoin stolen. After the fact, I’m aware there’s not much support can do, but they just flat out ignored my email, no response whatsoever. If you want to have your crypto secure, do not use RockItCoin.

Subject: URGENT – Missing Bitcoin Transaction / Immediate Action Required

I used your Bitcoin ATM to send funds to my wallet, and it’s been over 24hours without any credit to my wallet. The transaction is not being detected on the blockchain, and the transaction ID provided by your machine is fake — completely untraceable. This is unacceptable.

At this point, it’s starting to look like a deliberate scam. I have payment receipts for the two transactions I made and will not hesitate to take serious action if my funds are not released immediately.

Your customer support has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach out — this only makes the situation more suspicious.

If I don’t get a response and resolution within 24 hours, I will:
• Report your business to the appropriate financial and regulatory authorities.
• Contact consumer protection agencies.
• Publicly expose your ATM services for fraudulent activity through major blogs and social media platforms.

This is your final warning. I expect my Bitcoin or a full refund without any further delay.

It’s over 18 hours My bitcoin as not been credited

I used your bitcoin machine to send bitcoin into my wallet It’s been up to 18 hours now I’ve not been credited and the payment as not been detected by my wallet Your atm gave me a fake transaction ID that I can’t track on the block chain network I hope you guys are not trying to scam me? Do NOT use!

It required me to pay a minimum of $238 just to get past fees. Then after all went through to my wallet, I ended up with $100. The fees are %125! Use Crypto.com

Honestly not horrible

when purchasing this product, it was very easy to locate my wallet and be able to insert the amount needed for the bitcoin to be transferred to my wallet the receipt was nicely printed, and the whole transaction was smooth. The only problem I would say is that the fee is very very high.

Deposited and no balance received

Once buying Bitcoin becomes simple and there’s no tricks and loops; apps and machines like this May be useful as far as the concept goes. Performance on the machine and me getting the small deposit I made available would actually give this idea 5 stars.
