Love this app since Sept 2023!
I purchased 6 decks on this app and have never had any issues with any of them. Last night the app stopped working. I redownloaded several times but nothing. I see lots of negative reviews to my surprise. I contacted the developer and saw there may be a new website in progress gumming up the works. I left a note on the contact form. So far support is functioning normally. Still don’t understand all the negative reviews. Received email from developer acknowledging my issue and another within a week the tech issue was resolved. I was able to download the app again today with all of my decks working normally. Thanks very much to Henry at Rockwell for the excellent support!

Stopped working
It was good then it stopped working so I no longer have the cards I bought
Removed app
I downloaded because I received a paper that in a deck of cards. When I went to open the app it gives an alert that “something went wrong etc” and the app does not display anything.
App has a lot of issues
The app has issues loading cards that you purchase. It takes me multiple attempts to load oracle cards that I have purchased. I need to keep clicking restore and opening the app to get what I have purchased to fully load. Lots of wonderful decks just wish it worked the first time.

I’m sick of this. You keep money but you don’t fo anything with this? You need to fix the app it’s go so much potential but you don’t look after it. I won’t hesitate to put in a protest about this app because I bought the cards but can’t even use them

Do not buy these they dont work properly. Their customer service won’t do anything to fix the issues I bought several decks and none of them will now work, but it’s too late to get my money back so all I can do is warn other people do not purchase these because they will not help you and you will be out the money

Cards are never fully loaded
I love this app and purchased many cards but they don’t fully load and go back to the sample versions even when I restore purchases it’s really frustrating

No longer working
I have had this app and loved it for quite a long time. However, after making some purchases, the app just stopped working. I can’t even push on restore purchases or anything. It just stays in loading mode. I have installed reinstalled numerously with no luck. I’m very sad about this because it was really great and I spent a decent chunk of money on a few downloads not to be able to ever use them.

What an absolute disappointment
This app is basically just an online marketplace for more decks. instead of being user-friendly and interactive. It’s just another store.

Enjoyable app
I really enjoy using this app. When I first got it there had been some glitches with the bought decks not appearing but it works great now. I usually will buy the digital decks first before buying the hard copy, just to see if I like them. I like the feature of emailing my readings to me. Only thing I would like to see is an offline feature.

Really bad
I have many of their oracle decks but the app is a mess total waste of money giving the same cards all the time would say get the deck not the app it’s really poor in comparison to other apps that will give you a decent quick reading these made no sense at all yet if you use the real deck you get better answers clearly the AI is messed up as it will give the same cards over and over not good readings either needs much improvement rock pool or I want my money back

Do not download!
As others have said, I got a note with my deck to download the app so I did thinking I could use the book on my app (it is hard for me to read the physical book). Nope! You have to make a purchase of the digital deck. Why would I do that when I have the paper one? What a shame. In the age when everyone is using QR codes for specific links, these developers are WAY behind. There’s a lost opportunity for users of these decks as it could give us pre order options, etc.

Don’t buy decks
I bought five decks over my first two days on the app. Mostly when you open the app to do a reading all your purchases cards don’t show up even though the decks do show up in your purchases section. Not sure what the problem is, but this app is unreliable. Great idea, but please work out your bugs.

Bought decks that never delivered
Terrible customer interface- I purchased 3 decks and was charged for them, but they never showed up, even after reinstalling. Super disappointing, because I love their physical decks
Wonderful on the go!
The latest update has fixed the issues outlined in the other reviews. The app is quite wonderful to use on the go (as much as I love physical readings, my life can get in the way). The catalog is great and ever-growing too, and the decks are really affordable!
