Love the new etransfer feature to add payee from contact list

Locks you out every time

Every time I try to log in to pay bills correct password and it locks me out. Then I have to wait for them to open (no after hours support) and reset it. Every time.

Terrible choose a different bank

The app is flaky. Works sometimes takes an hour to receive a e transfer. Also did a payment on the 31. And then the payment was late cause it was receive on the 1st. The biggest problem is no after hours support for the rocky credit union seems like a terrible business. Had some suspicious account activity but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for 2 days. I will

It was ok.....

This was an OK app to use...3 years ago. Now it’s flaky at best. It locks up EVERY TIME you try to pay bills. It’s not updated for facial recognition for the iPhone. And it will kick you out for no reason, then when you try to log back in it doesn’t recognize your device for several attempts. Please update your junk so the up-to-date world (ie. me) can at the very least pay a bill that doesn’t take 27 minutes of my extremely valuable time.

Works great

Just downloaded, paid some bills, transferred some funds and all worked 100%. Easier to use then he mobile site on my iPhone.
