I guess this business does not need customers. Basic functionality of password reset is bugged and no one cares about manning the help desk? Amazing failure. If they cant manage this small functionality how can you trust anything else they claim to offer….

Second time I found a deal I want, get call from Rodo telling me there was confusion on the cost posted on the app. And for me to get the deal I have to pay this pay that, there is a fee and fee there. What a

RODO rocks!
Just got my 3rd vehicle from RODO and again they exceeded my expectations. Dabney just dropped of a beautiful VW Tiguan and picked up my old lease. Smooth, Seamless and very professional. I will NEVER to a dealership again.

My saving grace
I needed a new car and Rodo did all of the dirty work for me. $0 down and $363 a month. What you see is what you get. Don’t hesitate.
Clunky controls, seemingly limited searching
Setting up multiple filters is a major hassle as after each filter, the app takes you back to the search results. It becomes really infuriating when using the slide bars for mileage or price. Additionally, it doesn’t seem to search outside of the one zip code that you provide.
I gave it an extra star because the filters are extensive. The vehicle that I searched for has two seating configurations. Most apps don’t bother filtering on this, this app does the best job of offering as many filters as they could.
