The buying process was easy, fast and convenient online without having to spend hours at a dealership. Their selections were of great quality with pricing to fit a variety of budgets. Carvana is nothing like DriveTime that had beat up and old vehicles.
False Advertising
I was offered an approval with my moderate credit and paid the down payment upfront along with a 100 hold when the car became available. When it dropped I paid the insurance out and provided proof of income as well as long term employment. After all of that I was contacted to lay that I need a third part lender or consignment. Which was out of the question. Now I have to wait a week or two with their business day whine policy and I am out about $800

Below Standard Vehicle
I was sold a vehicle that had multiple defects, including brakes that were worn metal-to-metal. I guess the 150-point inspection prior to purchase is just empty talk. Repairs cost me more than $1,000 within the first 12 days of purchase.
