I am NEVER going to a dealership again! Carvana was as easy as ordering paper towels on Amazon. The people I spoke with who answered my questions were so knowledgeable, helpful explanation. And they were so fun to talk to! And off hours when I wasn’t able to speak with a person, I used the AI chat, and all of my questions were answered perfectly. everything happened, seamlessly and quickly. I didn’t have to deal with a salesman trying to emotionally manipulate me. I could focus on the car, financing, and what was important to me. I didn’t have to take time off of work like I do when I went to the dealerships. Also, Carvana offered friendly reminders and very clear explanations on how to process my insurance and registration. I can’t say enough good things about Carvana. Everyone that I have talked to who got a car on Carvana has loved their car. I can’t wait to get mine on Sunday.

The app is good. The company sucks.
Purchased my second car through Carvana. The first purchase was Rocky, but I was willing to give them the benefit of it out and try another purchase. This was a bad call. The Carvana app is solid, but the company Carvana sucks. The vehicle arrived with damage that was not disclosed in any of the pictures. I reported the damage to Carvana and they said they don’t handle damage and sent me over insurance/warranty company and they said that I could arrange repair at a Body Shop and they would pay for it. But I had to do this in a certain amount of time for them to cover it. I did all this and then the Body Shop called me and told me insurance/warranty company is not legit and they would not do any work for them. Now the clock has run out and I’m stuck with the damage.
I will never buy another vehicle through Carvana and I hope a lot of people see this review.
