Glitches
Extremely glitchy. Everything freezes, constantly having to reset the app.
Where is Bill Pay?
I’m new to Rogue and need to use Bill Pay. Unable to locate it in the app so I try the chat, no help. Call customer support and the wait time is 133 minutes! May not be a customer much longer.
Update: Bill Pay is now working and an improvement on the Members First app. The transition was a little rough, customer service seemed overwhelmed, service is now improving. I’ll be sticking around as a customer.

RCU is always providing great service. Their staff is incredible and the ability to do online transfers is always SO helpful. Very happy with their services.

Completely broken app and website.
They took over a credit union that was previously fine, and now I can’t access anything. Instructions on the website seem to be to use the info from the CU I had joined. Seems to be because the pull down menus close as soon as I start to scroll. Instantly locked out of my account.
Now it will be an hour and a half drive to close my account down once all my direct deposits go through.
If rogue is taking over your bank get out before it’s too late while you can still use the customer service from the old one.

Received some help logging in. Transitioning from the former bank. Getting accustomed to the new look and navigating around the app has been fairly smooth.

Check deposit keeps kicking me out.
After taking a picture of the front of the check, the screen goes black and then the app closes. I have to log back in and start over.

I like RCU, recently we worked on a loan with Kelly at the Brookings branch and she was excellent to work with, smart and personable. Also RCU , when I had a couple of fraud scares , caught those transactions before they had a chance to even post !!! Natalie is a great teller, we like our bank !

Notices that won’t go away
Frequently, the app shows that we have a notification that needs to be addressed. When you go to the app, it shows something “New” in the news section. Upon opening and reading all of the news items, you would expect the notification to go away. Unfortunately, this is not the case! The app notification often stays for several days or longer. This is extremely frustration! You never know if there is actually something new to look at or an important notice. Please fix this issue!

Thanks for nothing
This app was just fine the way it was and now it’s completely useless. 2 months ago when they updated the app it was great but then recently they re updated it again and now I can’t use the app because my perfectly good iPhone 6s+ can’t update to iOS 16 so it has become obsolete and this app update screwed me. I don’t have a computer so I rely on this phone for everything, including paying my bills. Kinda hard to make a payment if I can’t tell if I have enough loot to do so. Super lame and double thumbs down.

Does not update
After completing a transfer the app does not show the transfer in the transaction history as it has before. You must close the app and sign back in to see the transaction.

I got a levee and wasn’t informed on it. Just went into my app and happened to notice it. You could inform me of things like this.
