seriously overhaul this app
As a professional airline crew member, I’m genuinely shocked that this app is still in circulation. The ROIs Crew App is unreliable, outdated, and constantly crashes.
The interface feels like something out of 2005, clunky, laggy, and borderline unusable on an iPad or iPhone — which, mind you, is the only device many crew are issued by the company.
This app directly affects our ability to do our jobs safely and effectively. We rely on technology to access timely and accurate data — not waste time dealing with bugs and workarounds. It’s beyond frustrating; it’s unacceptable.
Developers and the airline needs to seriously overhaul this app — or better yet, scrap it and start again with something that actually works.

I don’t think I’ve found a worse app in the App Store. 1 star is an insult to the genuine 1 star apps.
Worst Crew App Ever
Tiny light grey text on white background. No means to download/print a workable roster. Zero stars
Control alt delete
App accepts duty changes without human interaction, no offline functionality, no ability to print entire roster, inclusive of hours, rest periods, hotel detail. Not well thought out for a complex industry.
