Very poorly designed app
The app is very poorly designed , doesn’t connect to internet, the options to connect to other 3rd party apps are poor.
You need to keep entering the passcode, no digital verifications and secure authentication from Charger.

I would recommend not to buy the charger just because of this app. I wish I could replace it. They do not answer their calls and you would probably need to wait for hours to get a reply on chat. Don’t bother
Schedule not working
Schedule not working. Pointless for users on an overnight tariff unless we get up in the middle of the night to start charging
The fix to scheduling
To initiate scheduling you must set the app to “eco” and then click start, it will then work. The instructions are not clear in the manual so that needs clarifying. Or a better way is if you have a schedule set is to automatically select “eco” and “start
Scheduling not working since update. Reset via app and now charger has stopped working totally!
Charger now not working after just over a month of installation
Schedules do not work
After 1 week the firmware updated, now the schedules do not work. It’s rubbish as I need it to charge overnight. Needs sorting asap.
