This app hasn’t worked at any time in the many years I’ve been to use it. Not sure why apple allows it to stay listed.

Great site, was a pretty good App as well, but only partially works now. The resources section seems to work, but the buy & sell functionality does not. 😞

I was starting to look into purchasing a pre owned Rolex and Bob’s seems to be very reputable. Signed up for emails and updates. The app DOES NOT WORK! You cannot even sign in and it kick you out immediately.
Additionally there is always a “server error”
pop up as soon as you click to login or try to use as a guest. Back to website I guess.

This has NEVER worked
I downloaded this a couple years ago and couldn’t get passed the login screen. Tried again in April 2022 and the app still fails to open. How can you trust a company that can’t even maintain a functional app? It’s like considering a car with windows that won’t roll down. There are certain things in today’s business model that are fundamental and a working app is one of them.

Crash/ Broken
I loved this app. However, it has been broken for months. Bob’s is a great company, dealing with them is easy-fast-and fairly priced. This app does a disservice to them. Fix it, or remove it.

You cannot get passed the log in screen. It just crashes as soon as you try to do something. You are better off using the website.

The APP just doesn’t work any more. Unfortunately I will be deleting it.
