Option taken for delivery, but restaurant saus delivery option taken
Fearie Glen branch says we did not take delivery option, but took collection option.
Waited two hours for a kids birthday party to deliver!
The app says estimated delivery time, yet romans says they received order for collection.
Order process:
Collection or delivery. Choose delivery.
Make selection, checkout.
You need to give your cell, email and phone number along with address - all provided.
Pay. Approve through FNB app, successfully.
30mins later, check in with app - in the Romans App, FNB still loading. approve again and go back to the app.
Delivery or Collection set back to Collection. Change it back to delivery and set my address again. Approved, delivery estimation 20h52.
21h30 still no delivery after phoning them. Confirming address again, confirming the above and that I need to pay delivery.

APP DOESN’T WORK!!
Guys if you going put up an app. Please make sure it work. I tried it both on my phone and laptop the website one is just the same.
Worst app I’ve even used
NEVER try and order through the app it just charges your account even if you aren’t done and ready to check out. There is also no search button???? Like hello? Useless app and even more useless employees for just ending the call without helping when trying to resolve the issue

Registered on the website when i download the app my credentials were invalid. 1st Order wasn’t accepted no notification just money reversed ,2nd order approved still no notification just money taken ,after 15 mins went on MrD food to order Romans, both MrD and Romans(order missing ingredients)arrived at the same time?!

The app is useless as its nothing more than their website wrapped in the form of an app (which is not even allowed by Apple standards). We were not able to even place an order because there's no checkout button ANYWHERE on this app. We decided to get pizza elsewhere👍🏻

Time and food presentation
These guys are not organized l wasted my time trying their application. Today was my last day and will be my last. I ordered from Romans pizza Southgate mall, it took an extra 1 and half hours past the time the promised to deliver and the food was just not pleasant. Disappointed!
Good idea - failed app
The app could be better. Online orders, if you did not have an address saved, the space the banner uses is in the way. Popping up and interfering with processes to ad card or view trolly. Online payment process slow and does not return to app confirming order and authenticated by bank.
Forced to close app, and then cannot sign back in. Forgot pwd OTP to registered number does not work.
Suggest to do more UI and process flow testing. Making my own dinner then.

Previous app was better
This new and so called “improved” version of the app is messy, buggy and looks like it was designed by someone with no experience then approved by said someone’s friend.

This app is extremely buggy, it gives me an 404 error when I select the kolonnade restaurant, even the website, same issue, do something about it.
