Needs to improve Service ASAP
Ordered 2:44pm, says 60 mins or less. Arrived 4:24. Driver got sent to another direction somehow, which I can understand. But had I not called I would not know why order got delayed. Also, would love to know if thereâs a way to specify or know if beer arrives cold or can be ordered cold. Not worth the convenience fee at the specific time I needed it. Looking forward to improvements to keep supporting local apps.

Like other customers have said Worst and rude customer service. If they get the order delivered extremely late or wrong they will give you attitude. Hey buddy you guys were the ones messing up orders, why get mad with the customer? Just use other services and forget about this mess of a Company. And for the company learn how to treat customers!

I ordered at 4:30pm. Called around 7:30pm to check on my order since I havenât received it. The said that they were backed up and apologize . Itâs 9:49pm and I have not yet received my order , they also refused to give me a refund. Iâm tired and going to bed. Iâll die if I continue waiting for them. They have to give me a refund. This is illegal practice. Please follow my advice so you donât have to go through this bad experience.

I order from this app at 2:19pm and itâs now 5:41 pm and my stuff is still not here. I call at 3:20 they said my food would be here in 20 mins. I called an hour later they said that there was an accident on the road. I called an hour after that they said theyâll return my call. They called me back and said that the driver would be 20 mins and nothing I called back and said you know what just canceled my order they said that they couldnât cause it had already Left the store. I told him how frustrated I felt and that I left them a review on their ig page where it says that it would take them minutes to deliver and just to give me my money back and they said that they couldnât!! Iâm so mad!! I donât even want what I order anymore! đĄđĄđĄ itâs 5:46 and nothing!

Esta bueno, y no llegan en 1 hora pero tampoco es tanto 1 hora y 15 mins por ahĂ como quiera q sea esta bueno. Mi novia y yo mandamos a pedir unas cosas para una fiesta que tenĂamos en la casa, luego de esperar 2 horas pues pensamos que no llegaba, no fue hasta las 7pm que nos escribieron que venĂan de camino, ten en mente que la orden la hicimos a las 2pm. No contestaron nunca el telĂ©fono que brindan de servicio ni los mensajes de texto.
