No updates in a year
Long time user and at one time beta tester for this app since 2013. Developer seems to have completely forgotten about updates on this app. The latest and last update is Extremely buggy and slow to load. Have spent way too much time trying to get customer support only to be told the same scripted lines every time without any resolution. Yea iOS is up to date, yes the app is on the latest version, yes I have removed and reloaded app and synced all data. It still has the same issues. FIX THE APP! Many of us contractors depend on it.

Headed wrong direction…
Recently became impossible to delete lines using iPhone app (14). Now it’s crashing every few minutes.
Whatever “fixes” were implemented 2 weeks ago have made this app virtually unusable.

Not very accurate.
This application is not very accurate, I physically measured and sketched out my own take off for a project before trying this app. It was a minimum of 1 foot off on every run, the longer runs were closer to 2 feet off, or more. Now I am pretty fair and would like to say it may have been user error and even tried calling their sales staff and customer support to see if I had done something wrong or if they offered any type of training for subscribers. No one answers the phones at any time of the day and they ask that you leave a voice mail. I’m sorry but that does not feel like a company that will give you support or stand behind their product, when they won’t even hire anyone to answer phone calls from future/potential customers. Just saying.

Not an app
Apparently, this is nothing more than a portal to a website. You also need to know what the website is. If you don’t have an account, you are told to go to the website to register but it doesn’t say what the website’s address is.

APP FREEZES ALL THE TIME. BRAND NEW IPAD ALL UP TO DATE AND THE DARN THING FREEZES EVERY DAY. REALLY EMBARRASSING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER.

I’ve used roof snap for more than five years and it has been a great value to my company. I’ve measured over a 1000 roofs and never had any accuracy issues. Next I’m going to finally start using the estimation ability and add some automation to my process! Jesse and the team have created a hugely valuable product for my roofing company!

Quick and easy. Unlimited measurements per month for $99.
I have measured about 2,000 roofs so far. Loving the app. Accurate too. I have measured simple roofs in under a minute. They have expanded its capabilities, but I just use it for measuring roofs and slopes when possible from the street views.

New user from android.
Excellent on the iPad. However, as a new hire with roofsnap being a crucial job requirement, and being a Android user for years, there is a major quality gap between iOS and Android. Jumped through several hoops trying to get it to work right. Android version needs a LOT of work! In the end I bought a brand new iPad, so I can get a usable version in order to do my job.

Program used to allow one to click on closer images from all directions, now they are additional charges and the monthly cost did not decrease...so additional cost for no increased value. Insurance’s dismiss them as a valid form of measurement.

Great on the iPad Pro. Awesome tool when it works. I’m yet to make it work on my iPhone X for the past two weeks now. App opens and automatically crashes. Yes I’ve uninstalled and re installed. Nothing.

RoofSnap has changed the way that I do my measurements. The program is very user friendly and the accuracy is almost unbelievable. I will be a user for as long as I’m in the Roofing Industry. Definitely the best service of it’s kind.

Downloaded app then upon opening it takes you to a sign in page for current users. No place to create a user name or password.

Downloaded wanted me to sign in with email and password I'm a new user no place to sign up so app is useless.
Great Company
This is a great company and the best service I've ever had. This is a great tool to have for any Roofing company. The company is a third of the cost as Eagle View and has much better service.
I would recommend this company for any Adjuster or Roofing company.
This saved me from Workers Comp insurance on Roofing salesman due to they wasn't on the Roofs anymore.

This would be a great idea
Wish this app didn't crash every time I open it. Great idea and I hope they get the bugs out. I would pay $99 a month if it worked correctly.

This is an excellent product. Everything works well, fairly easy to learn. There is a lot of potential to do estimates quickly and efficiently with this program. Would recommend to a friend.
