Easy to use, notification issue
Easy to use app to get insurance on my car. Only downside of the app is that it has a notification marker permanently on (1) but there is no way to get rid of the notification. I have reinstalled the app but it persists.
Works better on Android than Apple
I recently purchased insurance through Roojai. I download the App onto my new iPhone 12 and was unable to use the video inspection on the iPhone. I ended up having to use a friends Android phone. It was worth the hassle due to the competitive quote I received on both car and motorcycle
Cannot logIn
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use the app that was referred by a Thai friend. I’ve tried fir three days, hours and hours to set up an account but the app will not allow, even using Facebook. I’ve tried calling for support but I don’t speak Thai well. That’s my fault, I need to do better. I’ve even tried just getting a quote from the website but it doesn’t allow.
