Shopping Sale Frustrating
Trying to shop for items when you have a sale going is super frustrating because sold out items aren’t removed - no good way of seeing what sizes are available when you click on an item. Waste of time looking at things you think might be available when in reality they aren’t.
Need new APP
Product is great but app is not great in Apple products - you can hardly see the product in pictures when scrolling. Frustration makes me close app after a few minutes.
Cannot Log In
I cannot log in to my account using the app. I deleted it, reinstalled and also restarted my phone with zero success. The website works fine. The app not so much. Bummer.
Glitchy
App doesn’t work. Can’t go back to main screen after viewing a product.
Love the clothes, but hire someone in UX for this
I enjoy these clothes, but this app is not ready for the public and looks like it was made by an amateur. If you scroll down in the collection section, you cannot scroll back up. The home page looks very bad and the text in the side bar is almost unreadable. It’s very difficult to use. Please hire someone experienced with this! It’s close to being good but needs some help. Also, links to the other items in the outfit in the description would be helpful.
