3 days Delivery time
Took 3 days to deliver a Floorplan with a lack of communication, this as a result led to me loosing out on a client. Don’t advertise a 24hr return time if you can’t provide it.

This is obviously unacceptable and I apologise for the issue. I have taken a look in our logs, and I cant find any orders that reflect this outcome. If you can email us at support@roomio.io with the details, ill ensure your order is is completely refunded and ill also review what has happened in this situation to ensure our processes are updated and refined moving forward

Best Floor-plan app
In my photography business we create 3-D floor plans for our clients all the time. The fact that the lidar in phones for accuracy, you can see your progress while you’re scanning, and review it before processing in my opinions are game changers. There are other apps that do something similar, but this one covers all the bases and you know you got the entire home completed once you’re finished and if not, no big deal started up again and Scan the area you missed. 5 stars for sure.

Hi there, Roomio uses LiDAR (as explained in the app description), and as such it currently requires a Pro device to work, hence the reason why it didnt load on your phone. We are working on a non-lidar version at the moment and hope to have it released soon
