Roomprint helps renters, landlords, agents, and roommates create organized move-in and move-out condition records—without creating an account. BUILD A STRUCTURED WALKTHROUGH • Create a property and start a move-in or move-out report. • Organize the walkthrough by room and item. • Record conditions, notes, photos, and optional short videos. • Add a tenant signature, with landlord and witness signatures in Roomprint Pro. UNDERSTAND EACH PHOTO’S SOURCE • Camera captures and photo-library imports are labeled separately. • Camera evidence retains a normalized, unannotated copy alongside a clearly annotated display copy. • Library imports retain the bytes returned by Photos and show a source date only when one is available in the file. • Optional app-applied location details include the fix time and accuracy when available. • SHA-256 fingerprints help detect whether included evidence files have changed. COMPLETE, AMEND, AND SHARE • Completed or signed reports are sealed against further editing. • Create an amendment without overwriting the earlier record. • Export a readable PDF containing conditions, notes, provenance details, fingerprints, and signatures. • Share through the standard iOS share sheet to a destination you choose. ROOMPRINT PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE Unlock move-in versus move-out comparison, room videos, landlord and witness signatures, the document vault, App Lock, and restorable full-archive export and import. There is no subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Roomprint stores property records and evidence in the app’s local container. It has no account system, advertising, or analytics. StoreKit communicates with the App Store to load and verify Roomprint Pro; web pages and exports open only when you choose them. Roomprint is an organizational recordkeeping tool. It does not independently verify a photo’s subject or authorship, provide legal advice, create guaranteed legal proof, or guarantee the outcome of a deposit claim or dispute.
