Casting doesn’t work, customer service never responds. Now trying cancel subscription and app is unresponsive

AirPlay & Screen Mirroring not working
Tried casting to the TV using AirPlay, but the app won’t recognize any devices. Also tried screen mirroring through AirPlay — only the sound plays on the TV, no video. Looks like the app is blocking casting/screen mirroring. Even tried playing through a web browser and mirroring to the TV, but still only audio works without the picture. Pretty disappointing experience.

Not worth and Scam
I paid the subscription for first month and did not have any issue. but in second month account was still unsubscribed after they charged i send massages and email but they didnt respond to me. Dont buy this not enough contents as well..
Poor chrome-cast connection
I can connect YouTube, Netflix, Kayo, etc apps to my TV via chrome-cast but Roopa Hala app keeps failing to connect..

I have unsubscribed from the membership because the casting to TV is not working, and there are no quality movies to watch. I feel like I lost my money. Think twice before you spend your money.

Casting is not working. I am writing this comment on Nov-2025 and I saw few other comments since May. But the issue is still there. I simply wanna mirror my iPhone screen to my ROKU TV. Kindly fix this at the earliest.
Enjoying the app
Will give 5 starts once its available on apple TV. The ios version is jot too bad. For some reason cannot cast it to apple tv, it only detects built in tv chrome-cast.
Can improve a-lot.
The movie collection is good. Wish we could play it on apple tv itself. Casting to tv from phone is difficult since when we pause a movie we have to do it all over again and the movie plays from beginning. I will be unsubscribing. Will be back when you actually add it to apple tv.
Screen share not working

Simply wasted!
Website is not streaming videos in Laptops. App is extremely slow where I have 100 MB internet connection. Don’t waste your money.
App Needs lots of improvements
No Deactivate option. Support takes ages to respond. Almost feels like a scam. Claims can stream to apple tv, however unable to do so.
