Buggy
There are so many bugs in this app. Sometimes the users are not able to purchase tickets. The buttons are not tappable. Trailers are not playing the videos. Only audio is being played. Before launching an app to a live user base make sure to go through a process called “Quality Assurance”. So disappointed and frustrated.

Scope privilege account management integration is a joke
The profile management features seem to be nil.
An app update wiped out my scone privilege account settings and now keeps asking me to create a new account instead of letting me log back into my existing account.

This app steals your credit/debit card details. Funds have been taken from my account.
No customer support
Cannot make any changes to a booking.
Moreover I booked tickets for Avengers: Endgame a month early and Later after a few days I received a message from scope saying that the seats I booked and paid for were already booked and they changed my seats to a different screen without even asking or telling us. I tried to contact them regarding the issue but they weren’t able to help in anyway. Why have an app if you cannot provide any customer service. The hotline isn’t helpful at all either.

Don't Buy Tickets thru this Worthless App
Be warned if you're purchasing your movie tickets through Scope. They offer no customer support whatsoever. In fact you can't make even make changes to a booking you just made for any reason. I honestly don't even know why they have a customer care hotlime in the first place if they offer any help at all. Doesn't even come close to the caliber of online movie booking apps in other countries. Why the heck would I wanna buy tickets online if it only makes things inconvenient and restrictive. I'd much rather purchase my tickets at the theater. This is just a nice UI with abysmal service.
