What's New in Rootly

2.15.2

August 20, 2026

• Fixed SSO sign-in on managed devices whose security policy requires a specific browser — sign-in now completes and returns you to Rootly. • Fixed sign-in getting stuck when your organization requires Microsoft enrollment first. • Sign-in now follows your organization's settings, so admins can resolve managed-device issues without an app update.

« Tinder » style coverage requests is awful idea

I have no idea who and under what circumstances thought that taking on coverage through « Tinder » style swipe is good UX, but it is absolutely obvious that it is very-very bad idea for team that actually care to be available during their on call rotation

Helpful

Amazing app, extremely helpful

Oncall how it should be

I feel like I’ve used every on-call tool. From Pagerduty and VictorOps to incident and firehydrant.. this is the best one. Full control of what I need sound wise an easy to use. It’s all I need. I appreciate the thought that went into it.

Dreadful UI to respond to coverage requests

Confusingly and absurdly uses Tinder style swiping to respond to coverage requests with no ability to undo. Makes it easy to accidentally accept things when you are trying to dismiss, but hey, I guess it boosted their coverage metrics. Highly frustrating.

best oncall app, easy to use

easy to use and looks so much better than pagerduty or opsgenie
