I’m registered!!!
So I registered for several classes. The app won’t allow me to log in because FamilySearch and RootsTech never sent to QR code. Could be a bit more professional or at the very least you could stop promoting this app.

I saw on someone else’s review it’s only for in person attendees. I’ve waisted over an hour trying to log in. It would be nice if you had that information on the app before I downloaded it.

Also cannot sign in
I registered on my computer online. Downloaded the app so I could listen at least while I went about my day. Go to login. Then it says enter code. No code is ever sent to my email. Can’t login. Very frustrating. Why have an app for my mobile device when it won’t let me be mobile?
Login not functional
Login not working, and I confirmed that i am registered. I have a registration confirmation email, my login works currently on the website, and I was logged into the app previous to the start date of the conference.

App worked great until today 2/28
My friend and I are both having issues with the session part of the app. Keep getting a pop up screen that there is an issue. Worked last night. Please fix
Bug ridden does not allow adding sessions
Every time I try to add a speaker session to my schedule it says something went wrong and to contact the organizer. There is no help or contact for help in the app. Useless.

Unable to login as it wants name and email instead of regular Rootstech login with password! Never sends a code or explains if a separate app registration is needed
Can’t sign in
So disappointing that it is only for in person attendees.
Log in issues
The app has promise, but I can’t sign in due to a security code issue. The solution offered by the app is that I’m not registered and if I think I am, then check my email for a registration confirmation. I’m registered and have a confirmation. Now what? There is no further instructions or help. I hope this gets fixed soon, because the app looks easier to use than the website.

This App is Amazing!
It has everything I need to get ready for RootsTech, and then some! The details on each class helps me choose which I’d like to attend. And, my favorite part is the feature to be able to create my own class schedule! That is so awesome! Thanks RootsTech for making it fun and easy. I’m going to share this with my relatives.

Nearly useless
I am looking forward to attending RootsTech very much, but this app is horrible!!! I hope it gets is not an indication of the conference, but I’m having regrets about attending.
