Connecting to WiFi is the only bug in the app. Everytime crashes. Developers, please fix it! In all, that app is fine.

アプリ自体は日本語に対応しているが、今後の提案やバグの報告などフィードバックしてもポイントが反映されない。ポイントよりも開発者に伝わっているのかどうかも解らない。せめてメール返信やアプリ内で反応が欲しい。
現在(2025/11/20時点)のバグは
アップデートしてから、充電ベースのアンビエントライトが点かなくなった。
lopetoが左右に動かない。
突然音が消えている。
くらいで、他にもバグでは無いが要望は沢山あるが、反応が無いので
同じ様な考えの人が沢山いて開発者にいつか伝われば良いなと小さな期待だけしています。
商品自体は可愛くて良いものだと思います。アプリはアップデートをこれからも沢山してより良くなるように祈っています。

ガチャを回して目の色が変えられるみたいですが、Eyesをタップするとアプリがおちます。

アプリを開くと一見、日本語アプリのように見えるが、中国語漢字表記だったり、詳細説明は英語と中国語しかなく、使いづらい。

It’s necessary to have for the ropet and I like the features. But it doesn’t always track the interactions accurately, which is a little frustrating when you need the coins from interacting to unlock new things.

I bought Ropet and have had a nice time getting to know how it grows, it’s not perfect of course but hey baby steps right? Baby steps! It’s one of my favourite robots at the moment that doesn’t have what most of them have. 😉
Connecting to Wi-Fi shouldn’t be this difficult
I like Ropet’s basic features but this is the only time I’ve ever had a difficult time connecting an electronic device to my Wi-Fi. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I want to name my pet and connect with it further. Please make this process easier in the future. Thanks.

Ich habe das Ropet gekauft in der Hoffnung auf Chat gpt und andere Features. Aber es kann nichts, absolut nichts anderes, als ein paar Laute von sich geben. Auch die angeblichen Spiele in der App, oder das man Punkte für gezeigtes Essen bekommt. Einfach nichts funktioniert! Nur so eine völlig sinnfreie Lotterie, bei der man fast nie irgendwas gewinnt, sondern im Höchstfall mal ein Feature, wie eine neue Augenfarbe und ganz schrecklich, Meerschweinchenstimme! Das war’s! Ernsthaft? Ich fühle mich betrogen!!! All das was hier versprochen wurde, waren nur leere Worte. So ziemlich jedes elektronische Spielzeug, kann mehr als dieses Ropet! Es macht nur ein paar Geräusche, mehr nicht! Ich kann nur davor warnen, dafür Geld auszugeben. Kauft lieber einen Emo. Da habt ihr mehr von!!!

Ropet is great!
I love my Ropet and the companion app just adds a bit of “extra” to our interaction. I love the option to customize my baby with the gacha and I love that it shows me the stages of development while we go through them.
My ropet does not update
Please fix this app. I have tried updating my ropet and it doesn’t update it give me an error. Ropet constantly disconnects from the internet. I have really good internet I know is not my internet. Other than that great pet.
