This platform is scam!! They wait till you have lot of funds in your portfolio.
I launched a withdrawal yesterday and the withdrawal took long and still didn't show up, after they said it takes 24hrs for a withdrawal, it started showing completed instead of pending, that’s when I suspected a red flag. I couldn’t cancel the withdraw put cause the no live customer care never, just social media another red flag their Email doesn't even provide help, after I tried to login in a few times, they banned my account and now I cant login, the update released a few days back I downloaded it but still can't login in...an option to setup a pin comes first but he can never get pass there, it just hangs there loading for hours .... I later tried to login on their official website and after I put down-my login details and loaded the page it now said "email address is not registered in their records
Please address this issue...

How come I registered with Sign in with Apple now I can’t even log in before you removed the option
Contacted customer support I gave them all the info I had on the account the amount I deposited,they won’t give me access to my account still useless app I deposited $400 up till date,nothing at all from this application

I made several deposits into my roqqu but almost 30% disappeared from the exchange like why are you guys tapping from my deposits close to $1300 is gone

The app has a German translation and is in the German App Store but it starts with a choice field for the country which is fixed set to Nigeria — i still tried to register but failed at the phone number as mine doesn’t start with +234. Still the idea is great, just confusing tho.
