Every time I’ve had to order a taxi they have been there within 5 minutes great drivers and great prices can not rate them highly enough

Don’t ever order this company if you want pickup from the airport, manage to get the date wrong, just totally unacceptable. When I ask to have a refund they said they will need to place a cancellation fee, when it was there fault entirely.

Firstly, please get an update on the postcode data, it’s old and doesn’t find new houses; I still have to use my neighbours address.
Most of the drivers are excellent and the pricing is good, but occasionally they’ll accept a job and are 10 to 15 minutes away from you, that mean it can make you late for a train. I’ve also known drivers to accept jobs and then their vehicles not move on the tracking for 10 minutes sat on a side street.
