USB mode is faulty
In USB mode, the first song song does not play from the start and songs are cut short before the next song begins. Software needs urgent attention to manage system processing delays.
Completely useless app
Not sure whether it’s the app or the device. But it completely loses the device connected and then the device disappears from
Spotify. Can’t do much real control of the device using the app.

Can’t find the RT-1570
I own the RT-1570, it’s the only network-connected Rotel device I own and an app would make it so much more user-friendly. Since the Reciva platform went offline, searching for web based radio stations is a pain and an app would be of so much help, but this app just tells me ‘no devices found’.
S14 and UI
The App barely works, no radio stations Save as Favourites and generally very clunky. AirPlay seems ok (often iOS issues can sidetrack things) though I’ve yet to run any other music streams. The S14 itself, a great little unit for my use.
Why bother..
The S14 essentially doesn’t work because the app doesn’t connect. Garbage app.
