Awesome app, but can’t believe you can’t use Apple Pay.

Even though they were busy, they were getting the orders out. Food tasted incredible like always.
Scheduling pick up times doesn’t work at all
I love the food, but lately, I’m told that pick up time isn’t available where it’s ASAP or far into the future.

Can’t use app
I misspelled my email when I first tried signing up and I couldn’t go back to change it. Now I’m stuck on account creation and I’m not going to add my payment info to an account which email I don’t have access to. I tried deleting the app and redownloading but as soon as I open the up I am back at the account creation screen with no way to exit without putting in my info and card number…

Roti is always refreshing especially with summer beating down. Fresh ingredients, made to order, can also eat on a diet or for a spurge day!!!

Reward redemption
The redemption process is not as straightforward as in a prior version.
Clunky and buggy
Portions like saving a card do not function and fields where you register are not clear fields and have display bugs e.g., turning blue when not selected and after text has been added in the registration process. It is easier to use Uber Eats but I’d prefer that the restaurant doesn’t have to pay their commission.

Bad app
I ordered for pick up via this app. I went to pick up but store was closed. Contacted support, still no refund. Use at your own risk, once you pay you just hope you’ll get your food.

Rewards not syncing to toast app
With the new toast app, I’m facing two issues.
1. I’m unable to use my previously earned rewards to redeem via the app when checking out anymore.
2. The toast app automatically didn’t reward me either when I paid with a registered card either.
This is disappointing since I’ve grown to like the service lately - please fix.

App is stuck on rewards. I’ve I removing it and redownloaded multiple times. Still not working.

I can only see my rewards, I can’t leave that page. Tried restarting all multiple times with no luck
Great food but a little tricky app
The food and service are great, but redeeming coupons and ordering in the app is a bit clunky.
Recent Orders
When you order using “recent order” it orders the “base” item and doesn’t use any of the customizations you made. For example if you ordered the Mediterranean chicken bowl on Monday but added feta and tomatoes and removed corn and then press “reorder” on Thursday it will not have feta and tomatoes and will have corn…

Worse than no app
Consistent frustration over many months. Main issues are connecting to your existing account and also re-ordering previous orders. Worst of all my food apps, easily. Could learn from Nandos or Protein Bar and Kitchen
Great customer service
Employee bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had orders on my phone. He took it in stride not even flinching. I’m going to have to go back.
