Love the clothes hate the app
I love the clothing and have been buying it off and on a few years now. But the last 6 months or so, the app does not open any more. It’s up to date. I click on it, opens, then immediately closes. So if I want to buy anything I have to go on the internet. Bummer.

I have loved the look of their Taini’s for a couple of years and this year. I got a great deal if I bought four so I did and on top of that I bought three shirts. While all four bathing suits fit my bottom they were way too tight on the top. I kept two of the shirts and one of them was not available so they refunded me for that one. I exchanged all four bathing suits for the next size up, but the bottoms of course got bigger and the tops were still too small when I realized that I would have to buy a small bottom and a large top and that is not available I just asked for a refund. They refused they said I could only Exchange one time so now I am stuck with four medium bathing suits that do not fit. I will never order from this company again. This is really poor customer service. We got an RMA from them and they actually turned the package around and sent it back to us Saying they would not accept it after they had already sent us an RMA. Beware!!!
