Harder to find a film despite AI to help
I have loved the website for rotten tomatoes for so long, it’s still where I want my movie reviews, but their app leaves a lot to be desired. Messy, clunky, a basic question posed to its AI didn’t respond after waiting a full minute. Do better guys.
Buggy, frustrating
Not a fan of this app. Had to delete and just use RT on my browser. App repeatedly froze.
Critics
I hate how movie critics give our favorite movies bad reviews like spider man brand new day, but I guess it is their opinion. Just assign them a movie that they would like which can make it work out for the audience who care about movie reviews!
Streaming Made Easy
I love this app! I’ve always struggled to find something to watch. I have nearly every streaming platform, so having RT helps me find interesting things to view, with the bonus of knowing how it rates.

I feel that RT’s app is the best because Critics and audience reviews offer the ultimate important dual perspectives.

Rotten tomatoes has PR firms behind their reviews making anything ‘fresh”. Seriously need a new way of reviewing movies.
Rotten Tomatoes Review
I love seeing the critical reception for films and tv series but I wish that the app had an option for disabling auto play videos. It drains the battery a lot and is also an accessibility issue.

I’m not sure how this got 4.5 stars
I don’t write a lot of reviews, like most people, it’s got to be fantastic or terrible to get a reaction strong enough to bother to rate. If you want to select your streaming services and find a movie on a service you subscribe to, this is not for you. Maybe I don’t understand what the app is for, in which case, I apologize to the developers. The navigation is not intuitive or consistent from screen to screen, or accurate- for instance clicking on “Full Review” in “Death of Robinhood” took me to a review for “Supergirl”- filtering on my streaming services and then selecting one of the displayed movies told me “no offers in your area”, so… just so you know that I’m (probably) not an idiot or technically inept- 30 years in IT/Tech Support and I’ve developed several apps.

Awesome app
I’ve always loved the Rotten Tomatoes reviews. It gives me a really good idea of what the actual audience thinks, in addition to the critics of course. The app is easy to use, and I really like creating Watch lists with the Rotten Tomatoes ratings right there.

Landman
Landman had a lot of potential, I thought, however, terrible narcissistic, oversexed characters who act completely ridiculous and inappropriate, ruins the main storyline. The viewers are driven to distraction with the nonsensical portrayal of unrealistic actors. I tried three times to watch it and finally got through four episodes and I am done. I’m told the writing in Season 2 is worse. Too bad, I am a huge Billy Bob fan.
