Sources you can open — every story links back to the bill text, the roll call, or the council record it came from. HOW IT WORKS Rotunda reads official sources — Congress.gov, GovInfo, state legislature records, and city council systems — and rewrites them into plain language. Language models are used for one thing: rephrasing official text. Votes, bill status, sponsors, officeholders and dates are copied from the government record, never generated.
