About

Round back or thoracic hyperphosis is one of the most popular back defects that can occur in almost everyone. The essence of this anomaly is excessive bending of the thoracic spine towards the back. The distortion and the abolition of the correct positioning of our posture leads to a number of anatomical and structural disorders, which become permanent over time and may deepen further. Lack of an adequately prompt diagnosis and late introduction of treatment significantly extend the time of subsequent postural re-education. We have created an app for remote rehabilitation of round backs to help in the therapy and treatment of this condition. The rehabilitation app is divided into several sessions that must be performed step by step. Each exercise in the sessions is divided into the appropriate number of repetitions and series, and has also been enriched with special instructional videos to help in therapy. Thanks to this, home rehabilitation becomes easier. The app is equipped with detailed information on therapy, indications and contraindications, as well as knowledge about the disease. The built-in timer will remind you when it's time to perform the next rehabilitation according to your preferences. We offer two app color themes: - light theme - dark theme When is it worth using our app? Symptoms of a round back include: - excessively advanced head and shoulders (so-called excessive protection), - weakened and overstretched muscles of the back extensor, tightening the shoulder blades and abdomen, - "closed" chest with pathological contracture of the pectoral muscles and - limited mobility of the chest, sometimes associated with contracture of the intercostal muscles. Round Back Rehabilitation in our app has been developed by professionals in the field of rehabilitation and physiotherapy. _ Medical Disclaimer The advice provided by this app does not replace your doctor's opinion, and you should seek the advice of a physical therapist or doctor before making any final decisions.
