App no longer works
This app no longer works. When I open it, a blank screen is shown and I literally cannot do anything. Even when I try to log on using a computer, I cannot access my account. My money is still being donated but I do not have access to change or stop it. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and I’ve received no response. I restarted my phone, updated software, etc and nothing works. The app has not been updated for 3 years. It appears to be abandoned…but still taking my money. Hmmm….

Help, fix me
I love this app I have used it for years, but for the last 2 months when I open it up there is a blank screen. I can’t get to my profile or my donations. I can’t even delete it and try again. I need help to fix it please.
Great idea
The app is simple, nicely designed and there are tons of charities to choose from. But I don’t like having to provide my card login info which is needed for this to work. Obviously that doesn’t bother everyone though!
No customer service
After a few days of no response from customer service I have to say I’m disappointed. At first I just wanted to change some settings - which is not possible. You can’t manage your card info without spending at least a dollar, but I’m already donating. In fact, it’s not possible to remove your card info so be prepared to pay forever or cancel your card.

keeps giving the error message “max validation failed on phone” when trying to create a login.

I love this app for JCS
This app is great and JCS is an awesome organization to get helps the families of wounded warriors and fallen soldiers for the rest of their lives. I’ve seen their devotion and generosity first hand and it amazes me the love these people have for the heroes and their families.

Roundup App
Roundup has been fairly easy to use and set up. Those who are using it have found it to be a “no brainer” for donating spare change. As we are a small and new non profit it has been helpful for us in providing technological and easy to use donation methods for our donors.
A very great help
We are a newer nonprofit and so our start with this was slow, but that was all on us. The staff at the Roundup app have been extremely helpful and encouraging and have given us all we need to succeed with this platform. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and it is any easy avenue for additional revenue from donors who are just getting to know your organization.

We love this app. Our church has been using it for a few months, and has raised hundreds of dollars for a local charity. Very simple, great execution. Nice and safe!
App doesn’t let you add to savings account
I thought this app allowed you to add your change to a savings account, it’s not, it’s for donating to charities. The menu won’t allow you to move forward unless pick a charity. There is an icon at the bottom to chat with a live specialist however this doesn’t work.

This app is an amazing idea of just rounded up your purchases to the highest whole number and donates it to a charity of your choice. It is simple and brilliant and helps me know that I can help in even the smallest way possible without ever think about it.
