I have some concerns as it will not let you do a fundraiser anonymously. It can compromise my safety as a victim. In a domestic violence case.

Terrible support and can’t withdraw

They make it as hard as possible to withdraw and will send a reminder of the latest you can send. They don’t answer emails and every time I try to login it says there was an issue. I tried from the app, safari and Google Chrome. My sister set up the go fund me because I have a micro preemie in the NICU, had to quit my full time job because of being sick and was hospitalized for 11 days of my pregnancy. They changed the withdraw email to my husband and still having the issue.
