App no longer works
This app no longer works. When I open it, a blank screen is shown and I literally cannot do anything. Even when I try to log on using a computer, I cannot access my account. My money is still being donated but I do not have access to change or stop it. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and I’ve received no response. I restarted my phone, updated software, etc and nothing works. The app has not been updated for 3 years. It appears to be abandoned…but still taking my money. Hmmm….

Help, fix me
I love this app I have used it for years, but for the last 2 months when I open it up there is a blank screen. I can’t get to my profile or my donations. I can’t even delete it and try again. I need help to fix it please.
Great idea
The app is simple, nicely designed and there are tons of charities to choose from. But I don’t like having to provide my card login info which is needed for this to work. Obviously that doesn’t bother everyone though!
No customer service
After a few days of no response from customer service I have to say I’m disappointed. At first I just wanted to change some settings - which is not possible. You can’t manage your card info without spending at least a dollar, but I’m already donating. In fact, it’s not possible to remove your card info so be prepared to pay forever or cancel your card.

Error when creating Login
keeps giving the error message “max validation failed on phone” when trying to create a login.
