App is not working
This app hasn’t worked in over a month, I have removed and downloaded it a few times and still not working
The App is not working.
Usually, this app works great, but over the last 3 months it has not been working. I signed out, to try to fix the issue and now I am unable to sign back in. There is no one to go to for support. I have gone to the rewards club, and they do not provide any support for the app, I have tried different ways to find support and just can’t get the right person.
I don’t even know if anyone is aware that it is down.

Recommend getting App
This app is great for tracking your comp money to spend on the restaurants at Route 66, tracking when the next drawings will be coming up. I highly recommend it.
Kicks Casino Issues
We play Route 66’s online casino, Kicks. Most of their games are fun but twice we’ve encountered issues with a bonus game crashing the second you win a decent amount. Today it was on All Aboard. Fun game and I finally got to a bonus and won the mega which was 100k credits and it abruptly ended the bonus before it was done and went back to the original game . Twice we’ve had larger win payouts and the site ignores them. Granted we won’t buy credits, we play what we accumulate and that shouldn’t matter. The help desk says oops yeah it crashed nothing we can do about it but try to clear your cache and history or reload the app. Then play some more! Nope - that’s kind of dishonest.

You can’t see your offers
I usually get 90 in free play a week. It said I had an 3 offers. I came up see my free play it wasn’t there. Kinda disappointed bc I came mostly in part bc of that. It is 1.5 hour drive. If I says I have an offer it should tell me the offers. Now it isn’t. Spend a decent amount of money. Really gonna take my business elsewhere
