Not working with Australian roads
Was great, but solutions keep getting removed and support is poor.
I am a paid subscriber looking elsewhere now. Features get pulled, support is poor offering outdated advice, that no longer exists. Asking to resend the problem over and over. I am looking elsewhere now and will not be renewing, sadly. I used to really like this app.
No Trucking/ RV Guidance in Newer Versions
Bought the app not knowing my friends were grandfathered in to the trucking routes. Paid for a year and now they won’t let me out.
***App does not work with CarPlay!!! So you’ll have to look at that little screen on your phone. Tells you the development curve is done.

Double charged
Do not use this app! Beware! These people have been charging my account since October of last year, even though I already pay for the app through my Bloomnet account and when I contacted them do get my money back they told me there was nothing they can do!! Do not download the app they will steal your money and double charge your account!!! Beware!!

Update ruined this app
Used route for me for years and the update makes it almost un useable, and making the mark status feature a higher level of subscription is super lame

I work in marketing. My job is to visit hundreds of offices in different cities. This app lets me keep my route organized and saves me time. The only issue I have is that it suggests addresses in other states first instead of Ca.

Not enough value for subscription or free
I only need for occasional use and willing to pay the fee when doing 1 or 2 days of volunteer work so I can add more than 10 addresses. However, the update locking the ability to mark delivery status behind a second paywall broke the functionality of the app. I wasted more time trying to get it to automatically recognize visited addresses that were floated on the same street and missing turns because the navigation was too slow for real time. Ended up ditching the app halfway through the route and doing it manually because otherwise I’d have to drive back to addresses I already visited since there was no way I could figure out how to mark off or skip - it just kept (slowly) recalculating. Also, as a navigation app, it absolutely needs a CarPlay app so you can see it.
