Battery drainer
40% battery drain on my battery when it was not in use overnight. This is ridiculous. If the app requires constant location services then figure out away to not use the services when the phone is stationary. My insurance company requires me to use this worthless app, but now I will shut it down. I use an iPhone 14 running iOS 26.5

Poor
Quite possibly the worst performing app I have ever used. Insane lag time, did not capture May 3 - May 24 at all, cannot look at prior months, inaccurately identifies events, no transparency in methodology. Customer service does not reply or declines to provide requested information. Can’t wait for the class action for failing to discount customers adequately.

Required by Insurance, But It’s a Battery-Draining Nightmare
I only have this app because my insurance requires it for a discount. I would never choose it otherwise. After using it, I understand why reviews like this exist.
The battery drain alone is alarming. This single app accounts for 54% or more of my battery usage. That’s not a background app. That’s a liability.
The bigger issue is how poorly it detects whether you’re a driver or a passenger. It consistently records me as the driver when I’m clearly a passenger…if someone is on their phone the entire time a vehicle is moving, that’s a pretty strong signal they are not driving. A well-designed app should be able to figure that out. This one can’t.
It also has zero reason to track my location constantly, yet it does. There’s no justification for that level of data collection for what this app is supposed to do.
I could go on, but what’s the point…insurance is still going to require this insanity.

Terrible.
The first version of this app worked fine. My insurance company had a terrible time getting this version to even recognize my signup code. Now I’m into the app, but it’s not recognizing that I’m driving!
The old app recorded my driving just fine, but when I finally got the new app going, it lost all my drives after Feb. 20.
I’m about to lose my insurance discount if the app doesn’t record at least one drive before March 27. It took customer service a month before I could activate the app. I guess I’m going to be trashing this. 😡

Absolutely horrible and unethical
This app is purely to help insurance company to try to grab every penny they can to upcharge your plan. I get docked points when i receive phone calls and DENY to answer. I get docked points for changing a song on Spotify. I get docked points for text messages i receive even though i don’t respond. Please tell me how that makes any sense.
I also go out 1 night every so frequently fern with friends and anything passed 10pm seems to automatically get flagged for driving too late.
