No real technical advances for this app
I’ve been using this for quite some time now and have found it much easier to get on Firefox and just in the website. This doesn’t any of the necessary info on approvals for me to make a decision. Plus when I click on a customer, too many times, an error pops up and doesn’t allow me move further. Please have a car guy help with any improvements to this app.

Server Error
App is garbage. You can’t click into a deal without a server error.

6/17/2016 **updated review** I downloaded new edition. Still awful. App is not intuitive and still has limited functionality. I am not certain what the goal of this app is? Why not just make the site mobile optimized with full functionality?

Very Limited, Not iPad Optimized!
This application has never evolved much from where it started out from, this application has a long way before it ever provides full functionality as the website interface has, it looks like it was designed when IOS 6 came out!
You need to understand people do not want to be tethered to the desk computer and want to be on the go, I do not understand why and all this time this application is been on the app store you've never evolved it with additional features and do not come out with an app updates features updates on a monthly basis.
This application also has no retina support for the iPad, and now with IOS 9.0 it does not fit the 5.5" screen size
Whoever that is in charge of this application certainly is not creative, or has the ability to understand the user needs!

Limited Usability
Where do we submit requests for the RouteOne mobile application? I would really like to have a reason to use it but currently the functionality is so limited that there aren’t any benefits. It feels better to be left in the dark when out and about rather that attempt to stay informed. Here are some items I would like to see in the app:
Add support for advanced authentication on phones (fingerprint, mobile passcode, etc.)
Add push notifications for status updates, comments, etc.
Include digital contracting support
I’m sure there are more features that could be added as well.

The app is a start, but it needs much much more improvement and functionality.

Good start...
This is a long overdue app. but needs greater functionality, i.e., ability to edit app. and see analyst's notes. Also, it fails to list the correct app. #. Great start, but needs improvement.
I can finally go to lunch again!
I can load a deal in Route One before I go and if it gets decisioned I can see it, as well as any stips. If I want to call the customer and ask a question or discuss the call, all I have to do is click on their name. Ability to check a bureau score on the fly is a bonus too.
