Search bar is blacked out and cannot see it. For some reason it still works but cannot see the text or the bar itself. Please sort this. Asap.
Software is completely unsupported
I have been using Routzy for about 10 years. It is one of my favorite pieces of software and I have developed many systems around it. However, the last update came almost a year ago. It broke some of the features that I love the most, including signatures on the contract, and the ability to draw on pictures. I reached out immediately to the developers to report these bugs. However, the deed that has not been fixed, and now syncing with dropbox is no longer working which is crucial to my business, signatures are still not available, and many other bugs that are just not being fixed. I’ve reached out to tech-support multiple times. After wasting my time, just trying to find my account, they promise that they’ll get back to me and if there’s an update coming soon. However, these are all promises that have not been kept.

Great Program
Love Routzy Have used it for years and everyone in my company uses it and we are very happy with the program.
Not ready for iOS 11
Bought this app in Nov and I have a new iPad pro with iOS 11.3 on it. Can't use all the features of the app. When I called support I was told they are aware and it has to due with the camera in iOS 11. That was 6 months ago and I still can't put a logo on my estimates or insert photos. Asked to extent my membership due to the lack of use of all the features and was denied that as well. Support told me to find an older iOS and use the device. Not a good answer if you ask me.

THE NEW 1.2 UPDATE MAKES THIS APP #1 OF ALL MY APPS
You guys have done something that if only Act by Sage, Salesforce, Salesbeaver , Daylite and many more that I have wasted my money on would have done my life and CRM software would have been solved years ago. I do all my work from my Ipad 3, My iphone 4S and my 15" macbook pro so this app and its abilities to email docs etc. has made life great. I use my Ipad 3 almost like it is a second hand so it is with me 24/7 and now with the Routzy app it use it constantly. One more move would put you as App of the Decade and that is to tie it in to a Icloud or Macbook compatible app that could be used via the cloud.
UPDATE: I have sat back and watch routzy evolve to what it is today , with great disappointment in the steady price increase, I own thousands of dollars worth of apps and I can not think of one that increased in price , I can think of several great apps that have decreased in price. The owner of this app should really consider the value of a cost effective app. (ie 100 customers at 49.00
You make $5000.00 a month 1500 customers at 10.00 a month you make 15000.00) The average sales rep making a 100 K a year like myself will self invest in a great app at a great price , however I do not think many of us will invest at the price listed - I could be wrong , I am not "all knowing" however I understand the App Store to be very Volume driven. I for one would like to use such a app however not at the cost of a weeks groceries or two tanks of gas.

Excellent productivity app
This is a brilliant app with working features that practically support the worker on the road. Importing working documents, sketching and collecting all you data under the relevant contact record makes it powerful.

Great for outside sales
I use this tool in the field to create quotes. It's fast and better looking than anything I could ever create on my own. I log all my sales notes under each contact, take and email photos etc. One of the better sales tools out there.

I have utilized this app for the past 6 months. It's a wonderful CRM tool for our Company.
Very easy to set up and Navigate. Allows invoicing, Customer Data GPS tracking or recording, emailing, analytics and many other features that all sales organizations need.
Data input from multiple sales lines are allowed and any type of data you would need for you to keep in contact with your customer base is easily accessible.
We have tried other tools and Routzy is by far the best!

Awesome CRM
I have tried various CRM's to use in my independent business - none of them offer all of the features "Routzy" does. I highly recommend this application for anyone that does outside sales. Once you input your leads you have multiple ways to sort data, keep notes on data, copy and paste data within the app itself, and email important documents and forms to clients, as well as send mass follow-up emails. This product is extremely user friendly and offers a better CRM interface than SalesForce. I have previously utilized five different APP's to meet the requirements of my business. I now utilize just one APP - Routzy! This CRM is amazing and the support staff is very helpful! They love this product and so will you!!!

Best value CRM !
After an extensive CRM search I found routzy to provide the most user friendly interface, fullest mobile features, and a reasonable price. The competition seems to lack features and polish or cost significantly more. Routzy allows me to take my entire client database with me. Last Friday I received a new client phone call while I was @ a restaurant watching the nba finals. With routzy I was able to enter my new client's info, schedule a service call for that evening, and approximate how soon I could get to the job with the built in mapping feature.

Routzy makes it easy to keep track of all contacts you have made with your clients. It allows me to have a mobile office! Hopefully in the near future it will be a able to share with other devices automatically but other then that it works great!
