Search bar is blacked out and cannot see it. For some reason it still works but cannot see the text or the bar itself. Please sort this. Asap.

Software is completely unsupported

I have been using Routzy for about 10 years. It is one of my favorite pieces of software and I have developed many systems around it. However, the last update came almost a year ago. It broke some of the features that I love the most, including signatures on the contract, and the ability to draw on pictures. I reached out immediately to the developers to report these bugs. However, the deed that has not been fixed, and now syncing with dropbox is no longer working which is crucial to my business, signatures are still not available, and many other bugs that are just not being fixed. I’ve reached out to tech-support multiple times. After wasting my time, just trying to find my account, they promise that they’ll get back to me and if there’s an update coming soon. However, these are all promises that have not been kept.

Not ready for iOS 11

Bought this app in Nov and I have a new iPad pro with iOS 11.3 on it. Can't use all the features of the app. When I called support I was told they are aware and it has to due with the camera in iOS 11. That was 6 months ago and I still can't put a logo on my estimates or insert photos. Asked to extent my membership due to the lack of use of all the features and was denied that as well. Support told me to find an older iOS and use the device. Not a good answer if you ask me.
