App doesn’t work

Like everyone else says the iOS app is junk and doesn’t let you enter your WiFi network so you can’t use it with the app. Absolutely garbage

Reliable on wifi

Worked without any issues so far. Only used a single probe so far.

Scam

Impossible to connect device to phone. Don’t waste your money. Amazon should remove it.

Does not connect

This thing is junk Would not connect to the probes. Sending it back.

Horrible!!!

I can not connect with the app to the thermometers…

Nice product, terrible app

Similar to other reviewers, I am not able to connect the app to Wi-Fi. In the dialogue box that asks for the Wi-Fi SSI name, you cannot enter anything. Selecting Wi-Fi name automatically takes you to the apps section in Settings. The app says my phone is not connected to Wi-Fi when it is. Just poorly poorly done and makes the app.

Trash

The app doesn’t even work. I’m putting the correct password for my WiFi but it still doesn’t wanna connect. Pretty sure they stole my info.

I agree with other posters

Instructions are useless. Waste of money.

Amazing purchase

Sucks, as much as anything coming from China. Save your money and time. Temu quality. Sorry wanted to write more. No product support. No fb page as they suggest.

Incorrect Instructions

The setup instructions are incorrectly explained in the app and aren’t spelled out well in the manual. You have to hold both the backlight button and the mode button (button that displays temperature + ambient) at the same time for 10s to actually enable the device to go into WiFi pairing mode. The app additionally asks for more permissions than it needs such as your precise location. I was able to work the app with location entirely disabled.

On top of the incorrect instructions, the poultry setting in the app is missing a label / cook mode for Chicken. Chicken is such a fundamental feature that it’s a little embarrassing to not have it in the device. Instead, there’s options for Ground, Duck, Goose or Turkey poultries, but disappointing to not see Chicken out right.

No connectivity

Supports 2.4ghz WiFi but will not connect to EERO Mesh system even when 5ghz is disabled. Completely useless app.

Awful

My boyfriend received the MO2 wireless meat thermometers for Christmas. Neither of us could set it up, it would always get to the very last step and then fail. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, very disappointed in this app.

Doesn’t work

Just like others have stated, it’ll get to the last part of the connection process then fails.

Cooknes

It would not let me give no stars. Why do I need WiFi for a blue tooth device this ap is set up to steal you information.

This app SUUUUUCCCCKKS

I would like the developer to simply attempt to connect to the thermometer with this app. Impossible

If you can get it connected good luck

If you can get it connected and stay connected double check actual temp with a thermometer that works these do not same piece of meat same depth over 50 degrees difference and the lowest one is 30 degrees higher than actual temp....

App is trash but the product is good

The product is great I wish the app would work. The app makes it all the way to the last section and fails every time.

Not sure what everyone is talking about! Easy so far

I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about, scared me to open this device, but I thought, let me do my own testing here. I opened the box, had everything you need in it, the barcode to open the app in the App Store, I connected the app to the probe. Now maybe other folks have never added an IoT device to their network, just some advice to everyone, almost ALL IoT devices are the same, only 2.4ghz and should be treated as an untrusted device, I have a SSID in my house JUST for IoT devices! It’s hidden and has access to the internet and nothing else, easy to setup. But anyway, yes, you want to connect this to WiFi, that’s the point of this device, Bluetooth range sucks so you would have to be next to it anyway for temp! So far everything about setup was a breeze, and functionality is working, I will come back here after first cook but so far everything is working great! Maybe it’s the competition out there leaving bad reviews!

Don't buy it.

Don't connect to the phone like it should. Junk!

Garbage

I concur with the other review. Garbage. Doesn’t communicate via WiFi or Bluetooth! Junk. Don’t bother, save yourself hours attempting to connect and then the hassle Amazon makes you go through to return a junk item.
