Recently every workout crashes the app - very frustrating when you’re in the middle of intervals
Useless with AppleTV
Wanted to love it. I have a Zwift Ride which works flawlessly with Zwift. Rouvy is completely flaky about finding the bike’s sensors. It’s amazingly bad. I have tried everything - ensuring Zwift isn’t running at all, power cycling the bike and TV, being hyper careful about the order I do things, etc. No luck. It sees the bike about 1/10 of the time. When it works, it’s nice to explore the virtual world. But it works so seldom it is useless. Suspending my subscriptioin.

Victim of its own success
Of late the app has crashed mid ride, I used to think this was down to a shortcoming with my internet, but I had it checked out and it’s fine. On the Tuesday and Thursday group rides, a number of riders have complained about the app crashing right at the beginning of the ride. More common is for the app to start spooling and as a result you are pushed to the back of the group. This is hugely frustrating.
Worst of all is when you are at the end of ride and the sprint is on which starts with about a mile to go you get the dreaded spooling sign. The fact that so many on the group rides get this is alarming. Please Rouvy get it sorted. Thanks

Such a POS
Somebody needs to fire these developers. This app has been trash ever since it started. I still have no idea how anybody pays this company money. Complete inconsistencies across Mobile, Apple TV, app crashes, virtual remotes are useless, none of the main features work. Avoid this technology like the plague

Not saving ride
Used ROUVY for over a year and never had a problem until lately when ROUVY has stopped recording the time ridden and I’m getting a message saying there was a problem, and the ride I did tonight I beat my pb app told me I’d beat it then when I go to analyse ride I get the previous time with the there was a problem message, not happy because I’m not gaining any xp so will be cancelling when I’m due for renewal
